About the position
We are looking for a dynamic agile coach/scrum master with expertise in enforcing agile principles across all disciplines of a design and manufacturing setup. The professional would be expected to train teams on agile principles and ensure the enforcement of the same across all departments of the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach all teams in Agile frameworks
• Implement agile processes, with modification as per the nature of the team’s work, for engineering, manufacturing, servicing, sales & marketing, and HR teams.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide all teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

Required technical skills

• Experience in a scrum master role
• Experience in implementing agile/scrum principles in both engineering and non-engineering teams.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of popular scrum software tools like Jira, Trello, Planner, Asana etc.
• Excellent command over English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
• Experience with writing detailed documents and preparing videos for tutorials

Bonus technical skills

• Ability to develop automation for agile softwares like Jira, Asana etc.
• Experience with tweaking standard agile/scrum rules to mould the process for the relevant team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or BBA/MBA with at least 3 years of experience, with projects in non-engineering teams.
• Scrum Master Certification

• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
• Scrum master certification is a plus
