We are looking for a motivated AI Automation Tester with up to 1.5 years of experience to support quality assurance activities for ERP-based applications. The candidate will assist in developing and executing automation test cases and AI-assisted testing processes to ensure system performance, accuracy, and reliability. The role requires close collaboration with developers, business analysts, and implementation teams during ERP implementation and testing phases.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand the current business workflow and ERP process flow.
• Assist in creating and maintaining automation test cases and scripts for ERP applications.
• Perform automation testing for ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Finance, and Accounting.
• Support the testing process using automation tools and AI-assisted testing techniques.
• Identify software defects, document bugs, and coordinate with the development team for issue resolution.
• Validate bug fixes and ensure the software meets functional and client requirements.
• Participate in functional testing, regression testing, and system testing activities.
• Assist in demo sessions, user training, and documentation when required.
• Support ERP implementation and post-Go-Live testing support.
• Continuously learn and improve automation testing practices and tools.

Key Skills

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts (Manual & Automation Testing).
• Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AI-assisted testing tools or testing frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as ERPNext, SAP, or Oracle will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of scripting/programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript) preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with development and business teams.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to project delivery environments.
