AI-Based Python Developer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI-Based Python Developer to join our team and work on cutting-edge AI applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python scripting and experienced with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, vector databases, and RAG-based pipelines. You will play a key role in designing and building intelligent systems that integrate large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering strategies, and API-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize AI workflows using LangChain, RAG chains, and LangSmith.
• Integrate and manage Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for retrieval-augmented generation.
• Build and consume REST APIs for data access, model interaction, and frontend-backend integration.
• Develop high-performance backend services using FastAPI.
• Implement advanced prompt engineering techniques for dynamic LLM-based responses.
• Script automation and data handling tasks in Python.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and frontend developers to deliver end-to-end AI features.
• Monitor, test, and debug AI-driven features and optimize for performance and scalability.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Python skills with experience in scripting and modular coding. (2 to 5 years of experience)
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, RAG chains, and LangSmith.
• Proficient with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate).
• Expertise in building and working with RESTful APIs and FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning for LLM-based applications.
• Experience with integrating and deploying LLMs like OpenAI, Claude, or similar via APIs.
• Good understanding of data security and privacy when handling AI applications.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of frontend integration or full-stack development is a plus.
