About the job:
We are seeking an experienced Azure Certified AI Engineer with a strong background in the real estate or construction domain. The ideal candidate will excel at creating machine learning use cases, designing end-to-end MLOps pipelines, and working with SQL databases and Docker. should have hands-on experience developing AI solutions, particularly in the context of real estate or construction, and have successfully implemented machine learning and generative AI projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and develop AI and machine learning use cases tailored to the real estate and construction industry.
• Build predictive models for applications like property valuation, demand forecasting, tenant behaviour analysis, and construction project risk assessment.
• Design generative AI chatbots and tools to handle customer queries, automate processes, and enhance user experiences.
• Implement scalable MLOps pipelines for the seamless deployment, monitoring, and management of machine learning models.
• Automate model lifecycle processes, including training, testing, versioning, and retraining.
• Deploy models using Docker and orchestrate containers for efficient application scalability.
• Work extensively with SQL databases to design, query, and manage structured datasets.
• Leverage vector databases and graph databases (Neo4j) to optimize data retrieval for machine learning tasks.
• Integrate real estate/construction datasets with external APIs and Azure-based services.
• Develop and deploy AI solutions on Azure Databricks, Azure ML, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Optimize workflows with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools.

Required Skills:

• Programming: Proficiency in Python with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• MLOps: Hands-on experience in implementing and managing MLOps pipelines using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or TFX.
• Docker: Expertise in containerizing AI/ML applications and deploying in scalable environments.
• SQL: Advanced knowledge of SQL databases for managing large datasets and performing complex queries.
• Cloud Services: Strong experience with Azure services, including Azure Databricks and Azure ML.
• Databases: Familiarity with graph databases (Neo4j) and vector databases for AI applications.
• Experience in deploying AI solutions in real estate or construction domains.
• Mandatory: Azure AI Engineer Associate certification.

Preferred Skills:

• Databricks Certification (e.g., Databricks Certified Machine Learning Professional).
• Certifications in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
• Docker Certified Associate (DCA).
• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in data science or computer science.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
