The Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and build intelligent, agent-driven systems that power real-world workflows.

This role focuses on applied AI and agentic architectures—building systems that can reason, retrieve information, and take actions across structured and unstructured environments.

What You’ll Do
• Design and implement AI-powered features using large language models (LLMs)
• Build agentic workflows that can plan, reason, and execute multi-step tasks
• Develop systems for context-aware conversations and task orchestration
• Integrate AI models with backend services, APIs, and data systems
• Build retrieval and knowledge systems to support grounded AI responses (RAG)
• Implement tool use / function calling / action execution layers
• Design guardrails, validation, and fallback mechanisms for reliability
• Work on multi-agent or modular AI systems for complex workflows
• Evaluate and improve AI outputs using structured testing and feedback loops

Requirements
• 3–5 years of software engineering experience with exposure to AI/ML systems
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, or similar)
• Strong understanding of:
• Prompt design and context handling
• Tool usage / function calling
• Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Experience building or integrating AI systems into production
• Strong programming skills (Python or similar)
• Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems
• Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data

Nice to Have
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks or orchestration systems
• Familiarity with multi-agent communication patterns (e.g., agent-to-agent workflows)
• Exposure to platforms such as Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar ecosystems
• Experience with AI development kits (ADKs) or orchestration SDKs
• Experience building tool-integrated AI systems (APIs, databases, workflows)
• Understanding of evaluation frameworks for AI quality, safety, and reliability
• Experience designing human-in-the-loop (HITL) systems**
