Overview
Job Purpose
The AI Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying AI-driven applications and machine learning solutions that support business operations, digital products, and customer experience initiatives. The role requires strong technical expertise in AI/ML technologies, problem-solving ability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to build scalable and impactful solutions. Candidates with prior exposure to the healthcare or wellness domain will be preferred.
**Key Responsibilities
Financial
Support automation and AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Contribute to optimization of business processes through AI-based solutions.
Customer
Develop AI-powered solutions to enhance customer engagement and user experience.
Support personalization, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation initiatives.
Work on AI models that improve service quality, analytics, and business outcomes.
Technology & Strategic Support
Design, build, test, and deploy AI/ML models and applications.
Work on NLP, Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and predictive analytics use cases.
Develop APIs and integrate AI solutions into products and platforms.
Perform data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Monitor model performance and continuously improve scalability and efficiency.
Maintain documentation for AI models, workflows, and technical implementations.
Stay updated with advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
Support strategic AI and digital transformation initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or related roles.
Experience in Healthcare, Wellness, HealthTech, or related domains preferred.
Strong programming experience in Python.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or similar technologies.
Exposure to NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, Chatbots, or Recommendation Engines preferred.
Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and deployment workflows.
Understanding of databases, data pipelines, and software engineering practices preferred.
