AI Engineer

Hands-on AI Engineers to set up and operationalize an AI platform that supports agentic workflows for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Operations area (apps, infra, network, security, etc..). This role will involve deploying and managing Red Hat OpenShift AI, integrating LangChain-based agent frameworks, configuring RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and enabling AI services for development teams as IDP plugins, Chatbots, Atalssian Plugins etc...

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenVINO, ONNX, vLLM).
• Experience with LangChain or similar agentic frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD integration.
• Knowledge of common SDLC tools (GitLab, Jira/ServiceNow, Confluence) is a plus.
• Strong programing skills (Python, Bash, Go, JS.) for automation and orchestration.
