AI Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile engineer to contribute to building and scaling cutting-edge platforms across Generative AI (LLM Orchestration).

As a AI Engineer, you will be a key contributor to technical execution, translating architectural designs into production-ready distributed systems. You will work on high-impact ventures, including AI-driven SaaS platforms.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of features that leverage multi-agent AI workflows, bridging the gap between high-level system design and granular implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Agent Orchestration: Implement and optimize stateful, multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, and FastAPI.
• AI Application Development: Design and implement robust AI-powered applications, including full-stack components where necessary, utilizing technologies like Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS for user interfaces.
• Architecture Execution: Implement Hexagonal Architecture and microservices patterns, ensuring fault isolation through circuit breakers and bulkhead patterns.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Manage cloud deployments on AWS/Azure, optimizing CI/CD pipelines and ensuring 99.9% system uptime.
• Rapid Prototyping: Transition quickly from MVP concepts to scalable production systems, maintaining high code quality and documentation standards.

Required Skills

• We are looking for a "T-Shaped" engineer with deep expertise in modern backend stacks and a broad understanding of frontend and infrastructure.
• 2–3 years of experience in software development, with strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI), Node.js, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications using LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with modern frontend technologies, including React, Next.js, state management frameworks, and responsive UI development.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), containerization technologies, messaging systems, databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, microservices, API design, and system integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and the development of production-ready LLM-based applications.
• Strong understanding of AI application performance optimization, context management, and scalable AI workflow design.
• Exposure to real-time communication technologies, speech and audio processing integrations, graph databases, and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with performance profiling, streaming architectures, and emerging AI technologies.
