AI Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer with a unique blend of expertise in financial data modeling and generative AI. This role involves building intelligent systems that understand and process financial statements, while leveraging generative models to enhance insights, automate reporting, and drive decision-making across finance-focused products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI models to extract, clean, and structure financial data from reports like income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Build robust data pipelines to handle semi-structured or unstructured financial documents (PDFs, filings, etc.).
• Apply NLP and LLMs to generate financial summaries, reports, and insights from raw financial data.
• Work with generative AI tools (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) for tasks such as automated financial commentary, scenario simulation, and report generation.
• Fine-tune or prompt-tune LLMs for finance-specific applications.
• Collaborate with finance domain experts, analysts, and product teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI features.
• Continuously monitor model performance and enhance model interpretability and trustworthiness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
