Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI/ML. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models that power the core functionality of our personalized learning platform. You will work closely with data scientists, product managers, and developers to integrate advanced AI models into our system and continually refine them for better performance. If you have a passion for AI and machine learning and are eager to make a meaningful impact in the education technology space, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for various tasks, including recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and natural language processing, Gen AI.

- Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for AI-driven features.

- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to integrate AI/ML models into our platform.

- Conduct model training, hyperparameter tuning, and performance evaluations to optimize AI algorithms.

- Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and apply cutting-edge techniques to solve complex problems.

- Monitor the performance of deployed models and continuously improve their accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

- Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure for efficient model training and deployment.

- Document AI/ML models, processes, and best practices for the team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.

- Experience in working with large datasets and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and neural networks.

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI/ML model deployment.

- Strong mathematical and statistical foundations, including knowledge of linear algebra, probability, and optimization.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs).

- Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases, and data warehousing solutions.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices, tools, and workflows (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).

- Knowledge of explainable AI (XAI) and model interpretability techniques.

- Experience with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies.

- Background in educational technology or similar domains.
