BiztelAI builds AI-powered products for manufacturing operations, including process monitoring, quality intelligence, workflow automation, and production analytics. Our solutions help teams improve visibility, compliance, productivity, and decision-making across the factory floor.

What You'll Work On

• Build AI-powered workflow automation products
• Develop dashboards, review workflows, and analytics platforms
• Integrate AI models and external APIs
• Build backend services, databases, and frontend applications
• Convert product requirements into working software
• Continuously improve products based on customer feedback
• Work directly with founders and engineers to rapidly ship production-grade features and product improvements

What We're Looking For

We care more about execution than credentials.

You should:

• Be comfortable using tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GPT, etc. to rapidly build, debug, and ship products, since AI-assisted development is a core part of our engineering workflow
• Enjoy building AI-powered workflow automation and operational software, not just traditional websites or CRUD applications
• Have a strong builder mindset
• Be able to work independently from PRDs and product requirements
• Be comfortable working in an async startup environment with minimal supervision
• Be comfortable learning new technologies quickly
• Enjoy solving real-world workflow and operational problems
• Be proactive, resourceful, and ownership-driven

Internship Details

• Duration: 4 Months
• Stipend: ₹12,000/month
• Hybrid
