Overview

Job Title: AI/NLP Engineer

Location: Bhubaneswar/Remote

About the Role:

You’ll lead development of intelligent scoring algorithms to evaluate resumes, detect

fakes, and match candidates to job descriptions using NLP and vector similarity.

Responsibilities:

 Build semantic match models (e.g., BERT embeddings, cosine similarity).

 Detect fake resumes via time overlaps, skill inflation, and inconsistencies.

 Normalize skills and titles using NLP pipelines.

 Implement resume scoring based on match %, readability, and experience.

 Feed outputs to backend for recruiter UI consumption Tech Stack.

 Python, spaCy, HuggingFace Transformers.

 OpenAI API or custom embedding models.

 Pinecone, FAISS, or ElasticSearch vector search.

 Pandas, Scikit-learn for early modeling.

Qualifications:

 3+ years in NLP/ML.

 Hands-on experience with resumes, HRTech, or document parsing preferred.

 Strong skills in model tuning and evaluation.
