Overview
We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing advanced applications for the Android platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features, and continuously improving app performance and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work with external APIs and data sources.
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs to improve performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven software development experience and Android skills development.
- Proficient in Kotlin and/or Java.
- Experience with Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and libraries available for common tasks.
- Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Jetpack components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Navigation, etc.).
- Familiarity with Firebase, Retrofit, Dagger/Hilt.
- Experience in publishing apps on Google Play Store.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies.

Pay: ₹12,049.76 - ₹35,000.00 per month
