Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques within enterprise environments.
• Experience in integrating master data governance solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data governance and application performance.
• Familiarity with data validation, data quality management, and workflow configuration in master data governance contexts.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
