Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze Salesforce data to find trends and insights.
- Create dashboards and reports to track performance.
- Work with IT, marketing, and customer service teams to improve customer experience using data.
- Find root causes of service issues and suggest improvements.
- Use data mining and statistics to enhance processes and automation.
- Ensure data accuracy through regular checks.
- Train contact center staff on Salesforce tools and data usage.
- Stay updated on Salesforce and data analysis trends.
Expirence Requirments:
- Contact center experience as a Data Analyst is preferred.
- 7+ years in technology-related projects.
Skills:
- Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI or Power Apps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
- Experience in customer service and contact center tools.
Other:
- Comfortable working in US Shift.
- Excellent communication skills.
Working Relationships
- Internal: Business support team
- External: Salesforce team
Education: Graduate / PG in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or similar.
