- Assist in gathering business requirements by participating in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and internal walkthroughs.
- Document meeting minutes, action items, and maintain requirement traceability.
- Help draft basic user stories with support from senior team members.
- Support the preparation of Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate test cases and ensure alignment with requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date Jira boards, update tasks, and monitor sprint progress.
- Shadow senior analysts in conducting gap analysis, feasibility checks, and stakeholder communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in IT or digital product development.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or Lucidchart.
- Internship or academic projects in mobile/web app development or IT projects.
- Familiarity with wireframing tools or requirement modeling techniques.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
