Overview
As an Associate Business Analyst at PENNEP, the candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and strategy. The candidate will work closely with our team to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
- Create process flows, user stories, and wireframes.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (e.g., charters, workflows).
- Ensure accuracy and accessibility for team members.
- Assist in project planning and monitoring activities.
- Develop and execute test plans for validating requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Required Skills
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive approach and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
