Associate Business Analyst

Overview

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to managing project implementation end to end throughout the project life cycle, client communication including study of current system, process, procedure & create functional and technical documents for existing products to provide information related to concepts, functional flows, data flows, process flow etc. to the target audience of the document at defined timeline.
 Customer Relation  Client Coordination
 New requirement gathering analysis document
 Functional and technical documentation that included FSD, User Guide and User Manuals & Technical Guide / Technical Specification Document etc. Facilitate team and client meetings effectively and hold regular status meetings with projects team.

Responsibilities:

 Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors & resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner.
 Understanding the project from the planning stage, such as scope of work, deliverables, budget, and resources to manage the project successfully.
 Create and execute project work plans and revise accordingly to meet changing needs and requirements.
 Review deliverable and make sure the quality standards are maintained.
 Ensure project documents are complete, up to date and stored accordingly.

Skills and Competencies:

 Should 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis  BFSI domain is a must.
 Experience in Project Management.
 Good analytical skills for transforming defined business needs into software requirements.
 Strong ability to create effective requirements documents and review them with key project stack holders at multiple levels of organization.
 Must be organized and detail oriented.
 Strong communication skills and good written English
 Strong project management skills.
 Good planning and organization skills.

Educational Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s Engineering / Master of Technology
 Master’s in computer application

Professional Certification:

 BA Certification (optional)

Required Experience:

 2- 4 Years

Pay: ₹370,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
