Key Responsibilities

• 
  Assist in monitoring cloud assets (databases, VMs, firewalls, storage) and ensure smooth operations.

• 
  Support employees with cloud-related needs in an efficient manner.

• 
  Help monitor and improve CI/CD pipelines under guidance from senior engineers.

• 
  Participate in troubleshooting production outages and performance issues.

• 
  Assist in enhancing monitoring & alerting systems for cloud services.

• 
  Follow and help enforce on-premise & cloud security policies.

• 
  Document run books, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides for cloud operations.

• 
  Support 24/7 cloud operations (with flexibility for urgent issues outside business hours).

• 
  Work with AWS/Azure/GCP (or multi-cloud) under supervision.

• 
  Learn and apply networking & Linux/Unix fundamentals in cloud environments.

What We Are Looking For

• 
  1-2 years of experience in cloud operations, DevOps, or related fields.

• 
  Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP (certifications are a plus).

• 
  Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems & networking concepts.

• 
  Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

• 
  Good written and verbal communication skills.

• 
  Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• 
  Proactive mindset with attention to detail.

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
