The Opportunity

As an Associate ML, you will support the ML R&D and Engineering team while gaining valuable experience that will prepare you to grow your career in the Machine Learning domain. The ideal candidate profile for this role would be someone with a foundational understanding of machine learning who wants to develop their skills in a customer-facing, practical environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support ML Engineers in addressing customer requests, implementing custom solutions, and internal R&D initiatives
• Handle business-critical data analysis or Machine Learning support tasks that require timely delivery with high accuracy and quality
• Implement and maintain code/scripts for data processing, analysis, modelling and other ML tasks
• Develop custom ML solutions, if required, to solve specific customer issues or internal problem statements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, translate them into technical specifications, and develop solutions
• Create documentation and reports on completed work and findings, and communicate with stakeholders when necessary
  
  

What You Bring To The Role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts and techniques
• Proficiency in Python programming is a must
• Familiarity with LLM prompting techniques/ prompt optimization
• Experience with data processing/ analysis and visualization libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills for customer/ stakeholder interactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or project experience in Machine Learning
• Experience 0 to 2 years with NLP, Speech or Conversational AI technologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Having taken ML courses is preferred
• Basic knowledge of European languages is a Plus
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts
• Experience with Git and other collaboration tools
