About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our Engineering team as an Associate QA Engineer. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by actively contributing to manual and automated testing efforts. This position offers hands-on experience with enterprise applications, exposure to Agile practices, and a strong foundation for a career in Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, regresson, and integration testing
• Identify, document, and track software defects using test management tools
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure quality standards are met
• Contribute to test automation and backend validation efforts
• Analyze logs and APIs to troubleshoot and verify backend workflows
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  
  

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of software testing principles and lifecycle
• Exposure to SQL and backend validation techniques
• Familiarity with test case creation, bug tracking, and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
• Willingness to learn automation tools and scripting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Graduated in 2024 or graduating in 2025)
• Internship or academic project experience in QA or development is a plus
