About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings
2. Coordinate with product, design, development, and QA teams for smooth project execution
3. Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of tasks
4. Manage Jira boards, sprint backlogs, and task prioritization
5. Identify blockers and help teams resolve issues efficiently
6. Ensure Agile/Scrum best practices are followed across teams
7. Work closely with stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals and timelines
8. Prepare project reports, sprint summaries, and status updates
9. Support documentation, including PRDs, workflows, and meeting notes
10. Improve team productivity and communication processes
