As Travel expense Engineer, you will be part of technology team responsible for partnering, engaging and developing solutions for travel and travel expense needs for different business units. This position provides an opportunity to take part in global Concur implementation for Maersk group covering more than 40 thousand employees. Position provides opportunity to build solution that offers employees best in class user experience, improve process efficiency & enable new data insights to optimize travel experience & cost for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish partnership with business teams responsible for travel & travel expense solution, understand business needs and design.
• Generate vision and prepare roadmap based on latest technology trends and enterprise technology strategy
• Actively collaborate with other product owners and engineering teams to understand the impact on travel solutions and ensure travel solutions’ needs are delivered
• Work closely with development teams in Agile way of working; contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint and work with the team to refine and improve the development process.
• Evaluating product progress accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product. Inspect and evaluate product progress at each iteration, determine whether final product is acceptable.
• Performance of product in general, includes example value delivery, user satisfaction, performance of the support process, compliance, cost, stability of the product and deployment/roll-out performance.
• Recommend best solution to meet business needs considering the overall architecture to achieve integration, high performance and stability

Who we are looking for:

You have:

• Experience in SAP Concur implementation for at least 1 - 2 years with 1 full cycle end to end implementations and overall experience of 3-5 years
• Experience working in SAP account to report area with knowledge and hands on experience in GL, Tax
• Experience in SAP embedded Travel Expense Management will be a big advantage
• Experience with implementation of S4HANA for large corporations
• Good background in finance is a must
• Good understanding of HR personal and org data hierarchy is required
• Understanding of integration patterns and cloud solutions will be an advantage
• In addition to a strong business and analytics background, the position requires strong problem-solving, analytical abilities and consulting skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of business and in a global and regional team environment
• Experience in AI and robotics will be an advantage
• Experience in working with Agile, Scrum and waterfall delivery models
• Good problem solving & communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or finance related discipline
• Collaborative mindset across business functions
• Agile mindset & open to change & ability to work in ambiguous environment
