Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Software Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about front-end technologies, eager to build modern web applications, and ready to contribute to a high-performance development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Quickly understand the structure of our platform, codebase, and engineering workflows.
• Build and maintain web applications using technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Redux, and AG Grid.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Analyze and debug code to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to develop user-friendly features and interfaces.
• Maintain focus on scalability, responsiveness, and performance of the application.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic understanding of version control tools like Git.
