Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Architect to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role involves designing and implementing scalable, secure cloud solutions while collaborating across teams to support modern data platforms and integrations. Ideal candidates are experienced in cloud infrastructure, automation, and remote teamwork, with a passion for innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, resilient cloud architectures on AWS.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud-based data platforms, AI/ML solutions, and system integrations.
• Ensure all cloud solutions adhere to security, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and integration issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with AWS architecture, networking, and managed services.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, or PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of containerization, microservices, and serverless computing (e.g., ECS, EKS, Lambda).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certifications such as Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional or DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus).
