This role requires a seasoned professional who can handle complex cloudoperations, lead incident resolution initiatives, and drive automation while mentoringjunior team members. The successful candidate will play a critical role in deliveringhigh-quality managed services to our clients while maintaining operationalexcellence.Key Responsibilities:Incident & Problem Management• Lead incident management and resolution for complex cloud infrastructure issues• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems across multi-cloudenvironments• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reducerecurring incidentsOperations & Maintenance• Manage comprehensive patch management programs across cloud environments• Execute and monitor backup and recovery operations ensuring data integrity• Implement and oversee change management processes and procedures• Conduct tactical capacity planning and resource optimization activitiesSecurity & Compliance• Implement security compliance requirements and industry best practices• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in cloud environments• Ensure adherence to security frameworks and regulatory requirements• Support compliance audits, assessments, and documentationClient & Team Leadership• Participate in client technical meetings and provide expert consultation• Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions• Contribute to technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge basemaintenance• Lead cost optimization initiatives and provide recommendations to clientsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)• MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve) - Target incident resolution times• Automation Efficiency - Percentage of automated vs manual processes• Incident Reduction - Month-over-month incident decrease• Uptime Percentage - System availability and reliability metrics• Cost Optimization - Achieved cost savings for client environments• Patch Compliance - Percentage of systems with current security patches• Backup Success Rate - Successful backup completion percentage• Change Success Rate - Successful change implementation without rollback• Technical Debt Reduction - Improvement in system architecture and processes• Client Satisfaction Scores - Client feedback and satisfaction ratings• Security Compliance - Adherence to security standards and frameworks• Documentation Quality - Completeness and accuracy of technical documentation• Knowledge Sharing - Contribution to team learning and development• Team Mentoring - Effectiveness in developing junior team membersRequired QualificationsEducation• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, orrelated technical fieldCertifications• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (preferred)• Additional AWS certifications (Professional level preferred)• Relevant cloud certifications from Azure or GCP (advantageous)Technical Skills• Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS,EKS, ECS, VPC, Lambda, CloudFormation• Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration• Networking: Understanding of cloud networking, VPCs, security groups, andnetwork troubleshooting• Security: Knowledge of cloud security best practices, IAM, encryption, andcompliance frameworks
