- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (B.Tech/BCA/MCA)
- Equivalent experience in backend development is acceptable
- Strong programming in:
- Node.js OR .NET Core OR Python (Django/Flask)
- API development:
- RESTful APIs, Webhooks, JSON handling
- Database skills:
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Schema design, relationships, indexing
- Authentication & Security:
- JWT, OAuth2.0, session handling, API security
- Git & Version Control
- Cloud basics:
- AWS / GCP / Azure (EC2, S3, RDS)
- Docker (for containerization)
- Writing unit/integration tests
- 2–5 years of experience in backend development
- Experience with SaaS platforms / CRM systems is a big plus
- Message Queues: Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI
- Third-party integrations: WhatsApp API, Email/SMS APIs
- Multi-tenant architecture knowledge
- Problem-solving and debugging skills
- Team collaboration with frontend/UI developers
- Clean, modular, and well-documented coding
- Agile/Scrum familiarity
- Good communication and ownership attitude
