About the Role
We’re seeking seasoned Java Backend Developers to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a critical role in designing and building scalable backend systems and APIs that drive our platform. This role involves full-stack thinking with a strong backend focus, collaborative problem-solving, and technical ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust backend components using Java and Spring Boot
• Architect and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs
• Manage and optimize relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
• Ensure code quality via best practices in clean coding, unit testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with architects to design microservices and backend flows
• Work cross-functionally with product managers and design teams
• Stay up-to-date with backend trends and suggest improvements
• Create and maintain technical and architectural documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 5–8 years of backend development experience
• Strong in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices
• Hands-on experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
