Job Title: BC & NAV Senior Cloud Engineer
Location: Wrocław

What You'll Be Doing
- 🔧 Provide high-quality technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central.
- ☁️ Administer and maintain cloud-based SaaS environments, primarily in Microsoft Azure.
- 📡 Monitor staging and production systems to ensure stability and high availability.
- 🛠️ Support platform upgrades, patching, and emergency incident responses, including some out-of-hours work.
- 🚀 Assist in SaaS product development and platform optimization efforts.
- 🐞 Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, clearly communicating technical issues and solutions.
- 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams including Support, R&D, and Account Management.
- 📝 Maintain detailed documentation of system changes and processes in line with standards (e.g., SOC2).
- 📚 Contribute to knowledge base content and peer training initiatives.
- 🧪 Participate in testing, change management, and compliance processes.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- ✅ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, e.g. as an Azure Cloud Admin, Server Admin, or Application Support.
- ☁️ Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructure.
- 🖥️ Proficient in Microsoft Azure and Windows Server environments.
- 🗄️ Solid understanding of SQL Server and relational databases.
- 💻 Familiar with basic SQL administration and web applications.
- 🌐 Knowledge of IIS, .NET framework, and networking concepts (preferred).
- 📜 Basic scripting using PowerShell or batch files (a plus).
- 🧩 Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- 🗂️ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- 🧑💼 Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- 🌍 Comfortable working across time zones when required.
- 🗣️ Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- 🇩🇪 Knowledge of German will be a strong plus.
