Work Experience
                    
                - Dedicated, on-site representative for infotainment systems, focusing on technical support, customer issue resolution, and project coordination for a specific client or project within an automotive environment
- Key duties would include troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining test systems, coordinating between development teams and customers, ensuring product release alignment, managing technical documentation, and supporting project management activities to meet customer expectations
- Providing technical guidance and assistance to internal teams and customers
- Supporting project management activities, coordinating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Operating as a resident representative, implying a dedicated presence at the customer's or partner's site to ensure smooth operations and immediate support

Japanese – JLPT N3 and above
Work Experience
- Overseeing the architecture, software, and hardware of the vehicle infotainment system
- Identifying and resolving complex technical problems and escalating them as needed
- Acting as the primary point of contact for the customer, understanding their needs, and addressing their queries and concerns
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Identifying areas for process improvement within the scope of their responsibilities and implementing solutions
- Preparing reports on project status, technical issues, and customer feedback to management
- Experience in Vehicle Interface & knowledge on Infotainment systems
- Experience managing large offshore teams from Japan in the area of Automotive Infotainment, managing Schedule, cost, requirement, KPIs and Client Relationship
- Project Management experience in Infotainment domain with either OEM or Tier 1
- Experience from proposal to Project closure for at least one IVI production program
- People management skills
- Cross culture sensitivity
