Primary Responsibility:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help drive data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, document requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Document business processes and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success.
• Ensure project alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in software development projects by translating business needs into technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
