Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and delivering solutions that align with governmental regulations and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Engage with government portals to understand their needs, objectives, and constraints.
• Contact government authority to gather requirement.
• Creaye detailed technical documentation, including business cases, process flows.
• Act as a liaison between government agencies and internal technical teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support project planning, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or PMP are a plus.
• 1+ year as a Business Analyst, preferably in the IT domain.
• Experience working with government clients or projects is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
