Dear Connections we are hiring Business Analyst Role: Business Analyst - Digital & Tech (Functional Consultant)
Experience: 4-5 years
Location: Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi
Notice: Immediate – 30 days

Requirements:
· Functional Consultant.
· Proficiency in Enterprise technology stack such as SAP, DMS, CRM project management software, and data analysis tools is often required.

Key Responsibilities:
-Requirement Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
-Process Analysis: Analysing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
-Solution Design: Designing and proposing solutions to meet business needs.
-Documentation: Creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
-Testing and Validation: Assisting in the testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements.
-Stakeholder Communication: Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
-Project Management: Supporting project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress.
