About the job:

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our organization. In this role, you will support cross-functional teams in understanding client needs, documenting requirements, ensuring project alignment, and driving value through process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
2. Participate in internal and client meetings to understand project objectives.
3. Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
4. Create wireframes, process flows, and functional specifications using tools like Figma.
5. Support in preparing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
6. Log and track bugs or enhancement requests in tools like JIRA, Trello, or Mentis.
7. Help monitor project timelines and deliverables.
8. Share regular updates with stakeholders and support project reporting.

Other Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

2. Analytical and detail-oriented approach.

3. Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

4. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

5. Good organizational and time management skills.

6. Willingness to learn tools like JIRA, Figma, Trello, Asana, etc.

7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.

8. B.Tech / B.E. / from a recognized university

9. Minimum 60% aggregate marks required

10. Freshers or recent graduates with academic projects or internships in business analysis, client communication, or IT systems are welcome.

11. Interest in technology, client interaction, and project coordination.

12. Exposure to MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & CRM or documentation tools is a plus.
