Key responsibilities:
1. Client servicing: Understanding the existing client requirements and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the right AI implementation
2. Solutioning: Suggesting new features and use cases along with a business case to the clients
3. Upselling: Upselling and increasing the billing from existing accounts
Note: The business analyst works in the Customer Success department with a revenue KPI
