Business Analyst - Internship

About the internship:

If you enjoy talking to clients, understanding their requirements, and turning ideas into clear execution plans, this role is for you. We're looking for a business analyst intern (Post-sales) who can bridge the gap between clients and our internal teams (design, development, marketing). This role is ideal for someone who wants real exposure to client handling and project execution - not just theory.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with clients (primarily US-based) after the deal is closed
2. Understand project requirements and convert them into clear briefs
3. Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure smooth execution
4. Manage communication, timelines, and expectations
5. Assist in documentation like SOWs, requirement docs, and updates
6. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Stipend:

INR₹ 3,000 - 8,000 /month

Skills required:

Other Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills (especially in English)

2. Basic understanding of websites/digital projects (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)

3. Someone who is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented

4. A positive attitude - we value humility and ownership over just skills

5. Ability to handle conversations confidently with international clients
