Job Title: Business Analyst - (Sales MIS & Revenue Analytics)
Department: Product & Engineering Department
Location: Onsite - Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida
Role Purpose
This role exists to bring data-driven rigor and predictability to the revenue engine.The Business Analyst will own Sales MIS, funnel analytics, and revenue insights, enabling leadership and GTM teams to make faster, sharper decisions.By turning CRM data into clear actions, this role directly impacts pipeline efficiency, forecast accuracy, win rates, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Sales MIS and revenue reporting by maintaining accurate, timely views of pipeline, bookings, and performance metrics.
- Analyze funnel performance (Lead → SQL → Demo → Close) by tracking conversion rates, stage movement, and drop-offs to highlight improvement opportunities.
- Assist in revenue forecasting by updating forecast trackers, monitoring deal stages, aging, and identifying basic risk indicators under guidance.
- Ensure CRM data hygiene by performing regular checks for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, and coordinating with Sales teams to resolve gaps.
- Build and maintain role-based dashboards and reports for Sales leadership and GTM teams, focusing on key metrics, trends, and exceptions.
- Translate data into clear insights and summaries, flagging risks, anomalies, or early signals that may impact revenue performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to maintain aligned definitions (stages, ICP, lead sources) across reports.
- Support weekly and monthly business reviews by preparing reports, trend summaries, and commentary for leadership discussions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 3–5 years in a Business Analyst / Revenue Analyst / Sales Ops role
- Experience in B2B SaaS strongly preferred
- Must have completed any Bachelors discipline either Commerce or Economics from Tier 1 college (preferably Delhi University)
Must-Have Skills
- Deep hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, revenue models, and forecasting
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; BI tool skills (More preferred )
- Ability to convert raw data into clear, decision-oriented insights
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or enterprise SaaS
- Exposure to GTM analytics
- Automation of dashboards and reporting workflows
