Job Title: Business Analyst – Salesforce

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience: 2-4 years

Duration: 12 months

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Design and develop Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop business cases
• Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and user interfaces within Salesforce
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of Salesforce applications
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
