Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
