Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and strategic Business Analyst with experience in crafting RFP (Request for Proposal) responses and creating comprehensive BRD (Business Requirements Document), FRD (Functional Requirements Document), and SRS (Software Requirements Specification). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that proposals and project documents are aligned with client expectations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

RFP Response Management:

Analyze client RFPs to understand requirements, objectives, and deliverables.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and technical teams, to gather necessary information for RFP responses.

Draft, edit, and finalize RFP responses, ensuring they address the client's needs and highlight the company's value proposition.

Manage the submission process, ensuring all deadlines are met, and follow up with clients as needed.

Continuously improve RFP response templates and processes for efficiency and quality.

Business Requirements Document (BRD):

Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs.

Document detailed business requirements, ensuring clarity, comprehensiveness, and alignment with business goals.

Define the scope of the project, including objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators.

Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the documented requirements and facilitate approvals.

Functional Requirements Document (FRD):

Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications that guide the technical team in development.

Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes to support functional requirements.

Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure that the functional requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.

Manage updates and revisions to the FRD throughout the project lifecycle as requirements evolve.

Software Requirements Specification (SRS):

Develop comprehensive software requirements specifications, including system functionalities, performance requirements, and interface designs.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure the SRS aligns with technical and user experience expectations.

Maintain and update the SRS as the project progresses and new requirements are identified.

Ensure that the SRS document is clear, concise, and easily understandable by all stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Conduct regular meetings to discuss project progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns or changes in requirements.

Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project status, risks, and any changes to the scope or timeline.

Quality Assurance and Testing Support:

Assist in the development and review of test plans, test cases, and scenarios to ensure they align with the requirements.

Support the QA team during testing phases by clarifying requirements and helping to resolve any discrepancies.

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the final product meets the business requirements.

Process Improvement:

Continuously seek opportunities to improve the processes for RFP responses, BRD, FRD, and SRS creation.

Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the current process and propose solutions to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on RFP responses, BRD, FRD, and SRS.

Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices.

Excellent communication and writing skills, with a proven ability to create clear and concise documentation.

Experience with project management tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

Proficiency in business analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar platforms.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
