Job Description:

Business Analyst | Experience - L2 (3-5 yrs)

Key responsibilities

• Be part of the multicultural team and interacting with customers around the global, especially in western hemisphere.
• Have basic understanding of programming logic. If the candidate has programmed in a basic language like Python, that is an added benefit to be able to learn and execute financial models in a no code environment.
• Ability to learn development in a simple no code environment
• Basic understanding of finance and operations to discern financial models
• Should have excellent communication skills to communicate with users and guide then through a business process.
• Interpret requirements of a financial model and convert that into a working model on the application.
• Engage with the business segments and internal stakeholders to capture business requirements,
• Work closely with analysts, designers and SMEs
• Work closely with internal stakeholders associated with IT.
• Actively work with SMEs to improve models constantly.
• Understanding requirements given by the user clearly.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential qualifications

• Bachelor¹s degree in Engineering /Finance
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills. This is a must. If the candidate has displayed this in their previous role, it will be an advantage.

Key competencies in functional area

• Experience in IT requirements gathering and execution.
• Experience in implementing business applications in a functional role is desirable but not necessary

Other skills and abilities

• Ability to work in global distributed setting without supervision
• Self-driven, Proactive, Systems Thinking
