Insurity’s Business Operations Business Analyst

You'll collaborate with various departments, lead exciting initiatives, and ensure seamless vendor management. The Business Analyst role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, interacting with various business stakeholders, and preparing detailed documentation for the technical team. This documentation will be ready to be broken down into technical tasks by the technical team.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions

What Our Business Operations Business Analyst Will Do

• Develop, analyze, and document requirements, including business, functional and non-functional,
• Develop documentation for various solutions supported by Insurity Business Operations (e.g. Wireframes, Use Cases, business rules, etc.)
• Perform and support testing efforts
• Assist in the estimation of work
• Participate in straightforward system design and configuration activities
• Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ business analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Perform the following skills at a proficient level:

• Writing SQL queries

• Web Services/APIs
• Workato
• Within six months:
• Proficiency in Enterprise Applications and solutions supported by Insurity Business Operations
• Knowledge of Insurity processes, procedures, and tools
