Position: Business Analyst
Location: Coimbatore (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, development, and QA teams to align deliverables with business objectives.
• Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications for healthcare applications.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to optimize business processes.
• Facilitate meetings, discussions, and presentations to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Ensure documentation and processes comply with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and post-production support.

Experience Required:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
• Expertise in documenting business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in healthcare application development is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to EHR/EMR systems and HL7/FHIR standards.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security protocols in healthcare.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis is a plus.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is an added advantage.
