About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Supply Chain Finance and a strong background in the BFSI domain, preferably in banking. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to drive end-to-end solutions for supply chain finance products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes related to Supply Chain Finance (SCF).
• Analyze current SCF systems, identify areas of improvement, and propose effective solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Work closely with product owners, QA teams, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in solution design, UAT planning, testing, and implementation support.
• Provide support for post-production issues and enhancements.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI domain, with a focus on banking.
• Strong hands-on experience in Supply Chain Finance – including invoice discounting, factoring, dealer/vendor financing, etc.
• Proven expertise in requirement elicitation, business process mapping, and documentation.
• Understanding of SCF workflows, risk controls, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in US shift hours (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global banking or financial institutions.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and SQL.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
