Business Analyst

Overview

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with Testing experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and a passion for ensuring high-quality software delivery. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, gathering and analyzing requirements, and performing testing to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear and concise specifications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and align them with technical solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
• Identify, track, and report defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to end users during the UAT phase.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including requirement specifications, user manuals, and test reports.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices in both business analysis and quality assurance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and creating detailed documentation.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies, including manual testing and UAT.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies with a positive attitude toward learning.
• Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other project management and bug-tracking software is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• 3 to 5 year of experience as a Business Analyst and Testing
• Proven experience in preparing requirement documents and executing test plans.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Previous experience in a software development environment is a plus.

Education:

• B.E / B.Tech / M.C.A in IT, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
• Certifications in business analysis or quality assurance are advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
