Primary Skills - Finance Background with MS Sql,Power BI

Good to have - CRM global skills(Sales Force),Data Analytics,

• 4+ years of experience as a Business analyst with Finance background
• Good communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Organizational skills (workshops animation)
• Knowledge of business structure (ALD world is a plus)
• Processes modeling
• Understanding of networks, databases and other technology
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook (MS project is a plus)
• SQL skills
• PowerBI reporter skills (Developer is a plus)
• Azure Cloud skills is a plus
• CRM global skills (Salesforce is a plus)
  
  

Role :

• Gathering business requirements from meetings (workshops) with various stakeholders and producing meetings minutes.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting processes ; produce functional specifications
• Performing user acceptance testing
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Working closely with users, developers and managers.
• Ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
