Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, helping to drive data-informed decision-making and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business trends.
- Develop business models, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Create clear reports and dashboards to communicate findings.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
