Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring our clients receive impactful and scalable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and clients.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for the development team.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Prepare business presentations, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in project planning, risk management, and performance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2 to 6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/Software industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Hands-on experience with tools like MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,651.92 - ₹47,467.93 per month
