Overview
Deliverables: Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, objectives, and challenges.

Solution Design and Documentation:

Configuration and Customization:

o Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies.
o Conduct thorough testing to ensure quality and accuracy of configurations and customizations.
User Training and Support:
o Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests in a timely manner.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
o Liaise between business stakeholders, IT teams, and Salesforce administrators to facilitate communication and alignment.

Qualification, Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and support
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and declarative development tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
