Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Analyst with a minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and experience in client handling. The Business Analyst will work closely with clients to gather and document requirements, analyze business needs, and help deliver solutions that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to gather, analyze, and define business requirements and objectives.
• Document business processes, requirements, and specifications clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are properly translated into functional specifications.
• Assist in preparing and presenting business cases, project plans, and documentation.
• Participate in client meetings, providing updates, and managing expectations.
• Identify areas for business improvement and suggest solutions.
• Use various business analysis tools and techniques to support project delivery and decision-making.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact analysis to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date, organized, and accessible to all stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams, ensuring that technical solutions meet business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a business analysis role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis concepts, methodologies, and tools (e.g., MS Excel, Visio, Jira, or other BA tools).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and handle client communication professionally.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience creating and managing business process documentation, including requirements documentation, use cases, user stories, and process flows.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and think critically.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies is a plus.
• Professional certification in business analysis is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
